History
We are a team of people from diverse backgrounds and organizations that care about finding effective solutions for our community's challenges and acting on them.
Since 2018, we have a history of creating positive change in Greater Victoria. As an affiliate of the Industrial Areas Foundation, we draw on an 80+ year old broad-based community organizing tradition. Using our collective power, we have been able to champion wide-ranging initiatives such as the community-led crisis response team pilot, the legalization of secondary suites, increased funding for youth leaving foster care, accessible transportation solutions, old growth forestry protections and more.

Events & Training
We post regional events that inform us of our humanity and remind us of our inter-connectedness, and to celebrate the richness of our diverse community.
We also host our own workshops and events, and provide training in Industrial Areas Foundation organizing and power-building.
